Zentabs is a supplement with 3 standardised plant extracts and 3 vitamins B in tablets to swallow.
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) standardised extract helps the body resist stress and helps maintain mental and physical capacity in fatigue.
Rhodiola rosea (Rose root) standardised extract contributes to optimal mental and cognitive activity.
Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) standardised extract contributes to fatigue reduction.
Vitamins B1, B3 and B6 contribute to normal psychological functions, normal nervous system function and normal energy metabolism.
Zentabs is neither a sedative nor a stimulant. Zentabs gradually restores balance to the body. Flowing agents: plant-based magnesium stearate, stearic acid;
Anti-caking:: silicium dioxide;
Colouring agents: titane dioxide, iron oxide.
1 tablet per day or as instructed by your doctor and/or your pharmacist. If necessary, in case of intense or recurrent stress situations, take 2 tablets per day during the first weeks.
At what time of day?
It is best to take Zentabs in the morning with breakfast.
How long should it be used?
In very busy or stressful situations, it is best to take Zentabs for several months to help the body regain a lasting balance.
Starting at what age?
Zentabs is suitable for adolescents and adults. Do not use during pregnancy.
